A wedding on the beach that has a special part in hour hearts!
Venue
Our inspiration came from the bride herself—an incredibly beautiful, fresh, and cheerful young woman, elegant and funny at the same time. She envisioned romantic lights that would not only set a magical atmosphere but also boost the party. The olive grove was the perfect setting to bring her dream to life. We designed the space to create a warm, family-like ambiance where everyone could feel connected, while also realizing everything she had imagined for her wedding day. And of course, we didn’t forget the mobile bar—a special request from our groom!
Preps
The preparation was entirely based on the wishes of our couple. After creating the mood board for their wedding, we moved on to designing the layout of the venue, as it involved both a beach and an olive grove, requiring a plan that perfectly aligned with the natural setting. Our couple quickly decided on the style they loved, and we followed that vision all the way to their special day. Despite the scorching heat, everyone was punctual, and our team went above and beyond to deliver the day exactly as our couple had dreamed.
Ceremony
The symbolic ceremony on the beach for Eva and Panos was everything we envisioned—romantic and humorous at the same time, filled with sweet details and incredible joy. Their dear friend took on the role of celebrant, and we always feel that when friends host the ceremony, everything feels more personal, authentic, and heartfelt. The beautiful atmosphere was further elevated by the stunning floral arrangements and the breathtaking backdrop of the Ionian Sea at Karavostasi Beach. Before and after the ceremony, water and prosecco flowed generously, adding to the celebration’s lively spirit.
Reception
The first look of the wedding reception setup was an emotional moment for the couple, with their photographer and videographer capturing every reaction. Beautiful vases filled with flowers adorned the wooden tables, perfectly complementing the lush greenery of the olive grove. Decorative string lights added a romantic touch, further enhanced by the illuminated backdrop behind the wedding table. A standout detail was the luxurious chandeliers hanging over the dance floor, creating an elegant and magical atmosphere that set the stage for an unforgettable evening.
Party
The highlight of that unforgettable evening was the energy on the dancefloor. From the moment dinner ended until the very last song, the dancefloor was constantly packed with the couple and their guests dancing non-stop. The DJ’s exceptional playlist and the vibrant energy of everyone kept the party alive, ensuring no one took a seat. It was a truly magical experience that will undoubtedly remain etched in their memories as the most special moment of their wedding night.
